I am not sure how the track wants to handle that. I will let you know.

$50 is dirt cheap and considering it's almost a year away I think it's a great idea to make it non-refundable.

So....what are the proposed classes? Or, is this just a test and tune?

It kinda is rushed. We need to lock in that date and to do this we have to get the track pre-payed. So......Kyle is working on the pre-registration page for people to pre-pay. I have convinced them to tentitively write in our event in that date but that will not confirm it until it is paid for.

Seems like the responses are from around the country (Taner not included, eh?) - wonder if you split into two races, North vs South type thing you might get quite a few more to show up???

I got the final quote today on the track rental at KCIR. It was a little higher than the first time I talked to them. They forgot about the expenses.

Here we go:

$2500 for track rental
$600 for insurance
$750 for track crew
$300 for good track prep
$520 for ambulance fee

Total is $4,700.00

I think this is reasonable and we can still pull it off.

Start looking for the registration link soon.
