When I did my LTs, I removed all of the AIR components, pump, solenoid, hoses, lines, tubes, etc. All that was left was the harness that plugged into the solenoid/pump. Itll set an SES light, but it wont affect the way the car runs, and you can get that tuned out anyways.
Curious to what wires/routing your using, those things can get cooked in not time.

Wow... That was a lot of pics.

No offense, but after seeing all those and remembering all the time I spent wrenching on my old LT1's, I realized just why I bought my LS1.

I really would like to hear a sound clip though, I can just imagine how loud it is inside the car at WOT. I had a VERY similar setup on my old 95, only difference was I put a Borla XR1 muffler and had it dump right in front of the rear end.

You have a VERY clean LT1 though.. Kinda makes me miss mine.

Hey one thing to look out for. When i installed my headers i didnt notice that the wiring harness on the ps was close to the header and before i knew it i burned a couple wires. Which shut it off while i was driving and didnt wana turn on. So just incase you haven noticed pull them away! Save you some trouble.

Ok ya I'll take a look at those again, I tried my best to pull them away the plugs 1,3,7 are ok but number 5 is the one I am worried about. I am not using OTVC. The battery died b/c my bolts were not the best to hold on the connections to the battery, he was clearing the SES light and the car died, we started the car just to make sure it was the PCM the car would run but you had to give it gas, the PCM was fried b/c the car didn't really know what to do, so I got a new PCM on the way to his shop

check by the motor mounts to see if they would touch the header, because on my car i guess when i hit bumps it hits this little _^_ on the motor mount and it put a dent on my headers on both sides...if i had to do it again i would sand it down...
