Default What do you guys think?

What kind of times do yall think this thing will lay down. I just put this motor together and haven't had the chance run it yet. Mods are...

-.030 over LT4 block
-SRP 11:1 forged pistons, light weight rods, fully balanced
-Impala Head Gaskets
-CC306
-Comp 1.6 Magnum Roller Tip Rockers
-Pacesetter LT's w/ ORY and cut out
-EWP with TB bypass
-Slightly ported heads w/ 3 angle valve job
-K&N CAI
-TCI SSF 3500 Converter
-3.73 gears
-ET Streets

I think i would be happy with that for now, The 200 shot should take care of the rest.

If it's not to late I would try to get the comp closer to 12-1 and get a little better cam. The cc306 works and is what I what I used this year. But there are better cams out there to choose from.

My actual compression right just under 12.1 according to the math. Down the road i will probably go with a custom N20 cam when i get some decent heads on the car, but thats about a year or so from now.

I got mine at the dealership where i work. They were like 30 bucks for the pair with my discount.

Well the cc306 does like nitrous. With the larger exhaust duration and lift with a 112LCA. I dropped from 12.50's on the motor to 11.0 on a 200 shot.(on stock heads)

I've got a similar setup, but mine is 10.25:1 CR, TFS heads P&P, P&P intake, same cam, rockers, headers, gears, and T/C. I also have a Moser 9" and the first trans was stock with the Hughes race rebuilt kit. First time at the track I broke something in the trans. So I bought a TCI SSF 4L60E. Second time at the track the car was going into limp mode before it shifted into second, so I had to let off the gas and mash it again and went 13.5 @105. Got Bryan from PCMforless to fix the problem. Third time at the track I was doing my burnout and broke the forward sprag. Luckily it was under warranty from TCI. Now, I'm going to do my trans filter friday, then take it to the track next week. My numbers should be similar to yours, if not a little slower.
