locked up new rebuld cammed motor :(
i got a 350lt1 rebuild new crank bearings rods at a machine shop and my mechanic barley installed it
well i finally turned on my car yesterday it was workng ****ng badass idle was dead on oil pressure was where it was sopos to be, temp was low everything was working fine , on my way home lke half way's to my house my motor all of asudden shuts down no crank nothing it woudent turn on when we pulled it back to the shop and drained the oil a bunch of antifreez came out wth the oil probaly its a head gasket
what could be the problem inside the motor right now it wount crank for nothing we put a rachet to the crank and we cant turn it for ****

Sounds like you spun a main. Every lt1 ive torn apart the has locked up has always spun a 3rd rear main i dunno why. But usually when it spins a main it will wedge the crank where it wond turn over. Did you rebuild this motor yourself or have some else do it? if its your original block what was wrong with it b4 the build?

Very true if it hydra locked definetly take the plugs out. another thing, is if you had spun a bearing and ruined a crank, it you tear it the rest of the way down and send the block off to see if it needed line bored? Chances are if you had that much destruction youll prolly need at least line honed to true it up.

when you say "i got all that replaced"...what exactly was replaced? theres a lot of components that will fail due to spun bearings...the crank and main bearings are just the two most well-known parts. if there was metal shavings in the oil...chances are you needed the block tanked...IMO
