Does 383 use/burn more oil than LT1?
I'm not having any oil leak, but every once in a while I check and see it needs a little extra oil. Do strokers "Burn" more oil than stock LT1s? Does it require more oil? it's a supercharged stroker. Any help will be greately appreciated.

I don't know of any reason that a 383 would burn more oil than a std displacement motor.
A supercharged motor can burn more oil than a normal motor - the extra crank case pressure can more easily force oil past the rings.

I would expect a 383 with a blower to use more oil than a stock LT1.
It's not easy to seal the cylinders under boost. I'm sure a stock LT1 with blower will use more oil too.

it all depends on how it's setup! depending on what pistons/rings are used and what kind of job was done on the bore. And that's only 3 variables. There are MUCH more to consider.

Yup it could be if the pin is in the ring landings! Then it wouldn't matter how it was setup as alot of drag cars are setup this way to free up a few ponies, but for a dd or heavily driven vehicle that can be both annoying and costly.
