What would be indications other than Water in the Oil??

Blowing white smoke out the ***, leaking coolant like a drunk leaking urine, and in general....running like ****

Car is in the shop as I type, just bored at work, and don't wanna go back there to the mechanic's shop and ask ?'s that I don't wanna hear answer's on to begin with.

hmmm...

well you would be looking at taking off the intake, Header and maybe the alternator and PS pump.

I do not know your Price level where you are at but I am going to say a grand or so.

same setup on the gas for about 3-4 years now. She's taken a beating like a champ, 131K on it right now.

If thats the case, I'll pull both heads and throw a mild Sunset Racecraft port on em, and maybe change out bumpsticks....if its gonna cost me anything, might as well do it big and do it right the first time!

It won't even fire right now...ws just running bad, now it will just turn over, not crank, and if it does crank, it sounds like a ******* 555 Solid Roller BBC

cost me about 270bucks total, thats sending the heads off for a valve job (140) then just buying 2 seperate head gaskets, the kits for expensive/waste. intake manifold set (12) and then head bolts (50)

then just 2 days one saturday to take it apart, and one saturday to put it back together.

wasnt really all that difficult if you have one of those fancy 500$ snap on digital torque wrenches that to angle torque

I paid someone to do mine = $1500, including head work. I was going to do it myself, but the parts alone were about $250, I have no experience with the dreaded "angle torque wrench" and I have more money than time.

welp, got lucky, and it didn't push a gasket...there is a bit of blow by and drivers sead head is seeping a lil bit, but that is to be expected with 130K on the ticker.
