depends on the place. I've been quoted anywhere from $30-$50 with the majority in the $3-$4 a gallon range.

There is a bolt on t/a in town with nitrous. Couldn't hang with my stock engine with boost... Thats my only comparison/experince.

Just remember that when you add boost to a high compression motor rings, rods, pistons etc. take a ton of abuse. Your changing the amount of force needed to compress the air/fuel mixture in the cylinder by adding tons of extra air and fuel. The stock internals on a high compression motor cannot take the added pressure very long. So keep in mind, a decent forged rebuild with dished pistons is at least $2000 and if you want bigger cc heads another $1000-$2000. Then your in at least $3000 grand deep with a supercharger. And dont forget things like heavy duty timing set, lifters, hardened push rods. Not trying to discourage but the reality of it is, if you dont have the money to spend on all of this at some point, when the motor goes south, youll be out of a car.
