Anyone with a clue will tell you dyno and flow numbers are not the measure, the track is.
I agree, I used to be obsessed with dyno #'s until I realized I was out running people with better #'s? There are some that will lie a tad about there #'s, there are dishonest shops, dynos out of calibration, etc....

The 215cc TFS head from Advanced Induction or the 220cc TFS head from Total Engine Airflow would be a good choice. This way you can get the port work done and if you need the heads milled to get your compression back, it can all be done at the same time. Aftermarket casting are going to be a lot stronger than the factory castings.

Curious if anyone has tried TEA's CNC'd heads. Ai gets all the mention around here, but TEA is better and price and flow on their TFS heads. Their Stage 2 stockers are also mighty impressive. I have a gamblin' man set of hand ported forum heads on the way, but if they flow badly, I'm thinking TEA looks to have the best head at best price. The LS1 guys swear by them, but in LT1 land, no mention almost ...

this may seem a lil far fetched.lol
when i was at school at wyotech, i ported my stock heads and they flowed 315 on the intake side.
of course i worked on them for almost 3 weeks and i had help from a top engine builder in the area...but non the less.

Sorry but I do not believe you. The best out there can only get 290ish out of them and they port them for a living.

Ive read in a Car Craft magazine somewhere (i know...should be end of discussion, but since they werent selling anything, ill buy it) they were saying how the stock lt1 heads are a better design than any factory gm sbc gen 1 head and that they are even better than some aftermarket heads as well. Since I am doing the "budget race car" I am going to have my stock heads and intake ported and see where that gets me.

i dont really care if anyone believes me or not.lol
just stating the facts.
i hand ported them back in 2005.5 angle valve job, bowl job, and port matching.
it was flowed on wyotechs flow bench.
the reason i hadnt posted the results b4 is b/c of people like you saying that i was lying. but i just dont care anymore. the car was a fully forged 383, with a p1sc procharger. 4bolt main. i built the car myself , and right at completion i sold the car to a guy in frankfort ky.
the car is still around.
maybe they should hire me

Not trying to **** you off. Would love to see the flow sheet. Wyotech should still have it in their system right? Can you get it? I am sure AI and LE would love to hear about it as well as others.

Had a buddy here get a set of stock castings over 300cfm, car ran 10.50's on motor with a 383, Holley Stealth ram, FAST system, Solid roller, turbo 350 with a brake at 3300lbs on race fuel.

Tapout911 now has this engine.

To the original poster, I would pull the heads and intake you have and look at having some more work done. There is probably more power there. Also look at a cam swap. You have the car running pretty good, keep tweaking on what you have.

.
I can see 300cfm possibly but 315cfm out of a stock casting is different.
