I don't believe that is the case. An all around general loss of interest for the LT1 car and drag racing is the reason why IMO. I hope to God because of the controversy it sparks more interest in this event and there could be a lock for a next one!

I was going to bust on Nitro Dave about his red neck being truth in advertising, but when I went to wash my hands in the restaurant restroom at the after-party I glanced up and saw mine was exactly the same.

Some moderator needs to delete all the BS argument posts in this thread. This was a fantastic event and we should have a thread that does it justice, not a bunch of mud slinging and sour grapes.

I think I got the worst sunburn I have ever had. My scalp was sunburned. I had a great time anyway. I hope to participate in the next one if it happens.

I had a blast at the track. It was my first time running a car at the track. Don't know if my times were good or not for the mods I have. I had the 94 Aqua Firehawk. I just want to think Tony for helping me get a helmet. Thanks Tony and the other guys for making the LTX shootout come possible.
