Default LE3 with supercharger possible?

My question is how much psi could i actually get into the motor. if i do i am thinking of making it a 355. sombody please give me opinions or how should i go about it. What brand of supercharger would be good or what ci.

the LE3 heads will flow very well with FI as long as you get an appropriate cam. You will need to watch your compresion ratio. the fuel system will be very important also, you can search for a similar set up. Make sure the bottom end is sutable for the horsepower level you are looking to achieve. ATI seems very popular ( no experience myself ) as long as you get a D1

forged rods and pistons with stock crank will live to over 1000 if done right...cubes id so a stock cube...no need to bore out a good block...but you can...put the biggest charger you can

So you guys think i should go with the stock CI. ATI,paxton,vortech??? So its all up to cam selection would you guys think that i would have to have a custom cam. What brand of crank pistons and rods do you guys recommend.

yea u can go stock ci but i strongly advise u to go with a procharger. due to their customer service and their products are the best!

383lt1impala have you bought a procharger. What power gains did you get from it? Was it a moded engine or stock.

8 psi w/ P600B or P-1SC 55-60% 2 Core
10-14 psi w/ P-1SC 65-85% Twin Highflow
12-20 psi w/ D-1 or D-1SC 75% Twin Highflow
4.5-15 psi H.O. Kit w/ P-1SC
wich one would be best for a LE3 package

Nothing wrong with using LE3 heads, just be sure to get a cam set up for a blower
not the standard N/A grinds. They should be able to substitute that at no extra charge.

Procharger makes very nice blowers, you will not be disapointed.
I drool over their intercooled setups on a regular basis LOL
I think I will go that route on my next build.

Yes, Bret Bauer does the cam design for Lloyd.
Every LE setup comes with a custom cam.
The standard grind just happens to be set up for N/A applications (lots of overlap) which is
not at all optimal for a forced induction setup.

If you tell Lloyd what you are doing and what your goals are, he'll make sure
you get an appropriate cam Do be sure to note what your bottom end
looks like as well since it will help determine how high you can rev.

that setup should make some nasty powah! i have always thought about doing a FI build but never made up my mind.
