I'm running one with a SPEC aluminum flywheel. It chatters alot if you don't bring up your rpm's first and just let it go. I've had the set-up for 2 years with no other problems and still grabs real good.

It chatters a bit off idle but seemed to grip well. Cars been sitting lately but if you plan on being a bolt-on car for a while, it may not be a bad choice.

Thanks guys, Yeah it's just a bolt on car will mostly stay that way. I had a Mcleod clutch in it and it's dead not really sure what happened to it. it only had about 3-5k on it.

I run this one with my 383. Holds well at the track and is very smooth on the street. Break in for 500 miles.

Damn Rocket, maybe you should get an auto, you're hard as hell on clutches.

I love my Ram clutch! I used the HDX before the HD and it had no chatter. Loved driving it on the street, way better than the Spec 2 I had before it.

Good man, I have the same clutch I've had it since last September and am really happy with my choice. The only think I can't quite explain is why sometimes its dead silent and others its a chattering bastard and a half Most of the time it doesn't chatter much at all though. I wouldn't listen to RAM about not breaking it in though. A lot of guys don't and they work fine, but it seems like those who do give it a break-in end up with less chatter. Then again that could be completely coincidental so its really up to you. I put 80 miles on mine then did a dump + big *** peel out to make sure it wasn't slipping at all. Probably not the brightest thing I've done in my life but oh well
