I'd say you should run between 13.3 and 13.5 depending on the weather.

Depending on track conditions,elevation,da,etc....13.3-13.5, you really need a stall and tire to get the best launch

Screw those Sumitomos, go with a set of drag radials. I thin as it sits you'll be mid 13's. Tires will give you low 13's. Stall converter could be high 12's This is all assuming a decent track and decent weather of course.

I say you'll run 13.5-13.7. Since we basically have the mods minus the CAI and that's what I ran before the stall. Car weighed 3680 with me in it.

I agree ^

My friend's 95 Z28 auto did 13.6 @ 102 with similar mods except she had JBA shorty headers and stock y-pipe. And that was only the third run down the track, then it was too late to run again. First run was 13.9, second 13.8, third 13.6... I think we could have gotten down to a 13.5 or even 13.4

Edit: Oh yeah, and she had 2.73s even...

mid 13s.
But you never know I raced a LS1 z the other night at the track with a lid and catback and he only trapped 99.xxx mph. Then again I ran 101.xx with way less mods than you have. Shitty 60fts killed my ETs though. In my 96 M6

With the same exact mods as you for the exception of the tune and TB bypass and 3.23's instead of 3.42's I ran 13.40's at full weight. I did do a couple 13.50's so I would say 13.3-5 would be about right on street tires.
