4.10 daily drivers?

You still have 6th gear, which will always help the gas mileage. Daily driving it your just going to have to shift more, that would really be it. Oh, and lay into it more....

Be careful putting money into that stock 10-bolt though. I was contemplating the 4.10's on my stock rear, but decided to just upgrade the entire rear. Figured less of a chance to develop a gear whine and also much less of a chance of destroying those gears.

yea 4.10s are a little more prone to break, but unless you're going to the track weekly or doing hard launches all the time, i wouldn't worry about it. even running radials.
