Parts I've aquired: Nitrous Outlet 58mm plate kit, FJO mini controller, Nitrous Outlet purge, 860 bottle mount.
Parts I still have to buy: NANO, remote bottle opener, Dynotune A/F shutoff switch, wideband, Nitrous Outlet ashtray switch panel, Nitrous Outlet fuel rail solenoid mount, filter.
So well that's what my setup is going to be. What should be nice is if down the road go to a LSx, well should be a TPS wire change and a different plate.

Just be sure to have appropriate safety equipment for the system you are running.
There are stickies over in the N20 section with a crapload of info.

I think the NX kit is nice... anything from nitro dave's or nitrous outlet...
I use a nitrous pro flow kit from wilsons but it's a specialty deal on a non standard LTx motor..... I use an accufab 4 barrel throttle body similar to a 4150 carb.... it wouldn't work on a standard deal. I think they make plates for LT's though...

i was just on elliotport work website and i noticed the
LT1 LE2 heads are capable of producing 370 RWHP with our small 218/224
custom cam and 410+ RWHP with our 232/240 custom cam
if i go with the le2 heads and a custom cam with 150 shot will that put me in 500 hp range to my rear wheels safely without blowing my motor ??

The 232/240 requires too much RPM for a stock bottom end anyhow.
Something in the 22x/230 range would work out better for you and still make close to 400.
You could run a 100 shot on that and feel pretty secure.
Now, with a 355 and some good rod bolts and pistons, the combo you suggested would work out very nicely.
