only ever had mine flat black... thats the way it came and I'll stick with it. Now, if it were a money thing and just cost to much or whatever, I wouldn't be to worried about it.

I had mine painted on my old 94 V6 Camaro the same color as the car (maroon) when I had the whole car repainted. It looked pretty good. I dont have any good pics of it though.

I think gloss black is nice. It makes the car look mean. It depends on the color of the car really. Some colors look better with it all one color, some look better with gloss black. I've never been a big fan of flat black.

I was about to make this same poll, but without the body color option. My neighbor bought my old Camaro and painted the headlights white, I didn't like it.

I think the black matching the black of the roof would be nice, so gloss.

SoxXpupPeT --- any reason you didn't paint that small spot on either side of the headlight area? (circular spot about 5"x3")

Wht color is the car? I think that would influence your decision.

BTW, did you strip the bumper in preparation for painting? If so, what method did you use, and how did it turn out? I want to repaint mine as well, but can decide how to remove the old paint first...

I think those are head light cover holding brackets. You shouldn't ever need "deer whistles" on a camaro or firebird... You just need an exhaust upgrade!

Nah they will still stay in the road. I had lost my cutout cap on my cross country drive a few years back, about a hour from my Dads house in PA I encountered my only deer on the trip. I had to stop completely it took that long for it to get its *** out of the road. Maybe not used to cars at 3am in sleepy Northeast towns. I know I felt like a *******.

Gloss black all the way. If not at least the flat black, I've never been much a fan of the solid color. Never stated what color your car is, I suppose the solid color looks alright on white and silver cars.

I like the headlight trim painted body color, on the right color car. Not on all colors. Post a pic of your car.

The color of the car is Polo Green and I have not started it yet. I am going to scuff it with a 3M 7448 gray scotch brite and go from there

For the part on the fender that is black I am going to paint that the color of the car for sure but just not sure about the bezzel yet. I am leaning toward gloss black the more I see it.
