After talking to Joey I'm gonna take the following steps

1) Redo clutch disengagement test.
2) Bleed my hydraulics until hell freezes over.
3) Get a Tick master.
4) Transmission rebuild.

MY CLUTCH DISENGAGEMENT TEST FAILED!!

Right after I parked today, I stuck it in first, clutch down, reved to like 5-5.5k and was like screw it, nothings happening so I let go of the throttle, by right before I did I felt it move. So I tried it again to like 5.5k-6k AND THE CAR CREEPS!

Cool! Progress is being made. Beats having to yank the transmission too.

yea i have had the same problem with a ls1 you should have left the mighty vac on over night at least there's a lot of air in the bottom ... does it go into 1st and reverse ok from idle.. cause it sounds like the clutch is not fully disengauging....but it really sounds like hydralics weather its air or just faulty parts and i've seen new GM. master and slave units not work from new....

Ill put money on the Tick master fixing it. Like has been stated a hundred times in this thread, the stock hydraulics, no matter how new, are not up to the task of powershifting. They simply do not move enough fluid fast enough. Every once in awhile you see some ones stock stuff wroking good, but those are factory freaks

You could have bought several tick masters for the money you have put out chasing this problem.

Believe me, I have tons of experience with these trans/hydro systems.

Not really. My pressure plate was still pretty bad according to the mechanic so that needed a switching.

Cant believe it hasnt been said yet but a shim behind the slave will help for sure. I did it when I had the problem on my car and it worked. It can also be fixed with an adjustable master.Speed Inc sells the shim for about $15, then you need to pull the trans, unbolt the slave, put the shim in and bolt it all back up.

Just got off the phone with Joey from Tick Performance, cool guy. Just placed my order for a master cylinder.

Hopefully this solves all my problems.

Its not really the same problem as me. One gear usually means internal problems. All gears usually means hydraulic problems, unless you're extremely unlucky and had all your syncros/forks go bad.

The clutch test is the following:

1) Go to a FLAT street(this is vital)
2) throw your car into first and hold your clutch pedal all the way down
3) Rev your car to about 5.5-6k while still holding your clutch pedal down and emergency brake off
4) If your car moves it means your clutch is not fully disengaging which usually indicates hydraulic issues.

It probably seems like you are locked out of third but its really just the angle of the shift. Either a shim behind the slave or adjustable master would fix your problem, there is the cheap way and the right way.
