But if the business was setup properly, you can only sue it, not them personally. And since the business is in bankruptcy, you'll just be wasting your time..

 

I'd hate to say it, but even if you go thru the trouble of getting a judgement it'll get discharged in bankruptcy.

 

I think they are bull$hitting people about the BK . Why not just post up the attorney's info and let him/her deal with it .

 

Amber just emailed me from her personal address and said no more contact . Have my attorney contact her . She would then give him the info . Why would she just give it to me?

And just think I could be still sitting here waiting for that check she sent me on the 22nd of November .

Sure it is , just not for the right people .

 

Supposedly they were arrested for Embezzlement and fired when they used to work at More Performance. I know they both worked there, Joe even tuned my car the first time...about 5 years ago. Not long after they left, More went out of business.

This is just the word I've heard from several others that knew what was happening with More better than I. It could all be lies, I don't have any proof or facts. I do know someone who claims to have the mugshots however LOL

Either way, that stuff has nothing to do with the issues at hand other than to give an idea about thier character...
