I have had this happen on other engines. 243(blue) wont cut it. Use 262 super stud lock, put plenty on dont be shy with it. Use a primer first on the threads internally and externally, Use the arp .You could run them at 80 ft pound not a problem too, I have run 90 on 7/16 unf flywheel bolts.

aerosol primer 7471(it stinks wear a P2 mask). It helps a lot. Use 262 or 277 threadlocker. 277 is higher strength then 262 but either one will be sufficient. I would dowel aswell just to be safe.
