Thanks for the feedback man, your compilation on Youtube that day cracked me up!

Neither. I'd only go Mcleod or Textrailia. My Mcleod Kevlar has 40,000+miles and still holds 6,000rpm dumps on slicks.

Well since you havent tried one, why comment negatively towards it? The Monster has been the best clutch I have had yet...

I voted other...

Try the Diamond clutch from Texas Drivetrain Performance.
The diamond clutches are everybit as good as the Monster
at a better price.

Ask for Jason. He is a real standup guy and he's a sponsor.
Tell him Troy from California sent you and I bet he'll give you a good deal !

I myself prefer the LS7 clutch with the Tick master.

I have a spec 3 for about 3 years and so far it has been a good clutch with some heavy launches on spray. It def is a on and off clutch. The monster clutch def has me looking at there setup next go round..

Not trying to start a pissing match, but how would you know the Diamond is "just as good" as the Monster? I can respect your opinion in that you prefer the Diamond, but to say it is "just as good" as the Monster when it is safe to assume you have no first hand knowledge of teh Monster

I think the fact that you responded negatively towards teh Monster is what he was saying, not the fact that you voted for something else.

All I can tell you is that I am running the Monster Level 3 and have about 300 miles on it now. This thing grabs!! Hardly any chatter at all and I cannot wait to let her rip and report back you all........

Best of all, Steve is a stand up guy! He has delivered on EVERYTHING that he has promised.......

I didn't vote because I know nothing about the monster, but I have a spec 3. It holds well on hard launches (4-5K) and power shifting. My close friend has one as well, and launches off the limiter on slicks without trouble. The wear has been good too on it, ~15K and still going. The only possible complaint with it is that it is pretty grabby- but just don't expect stock driveability and you'll be fine.

Nope I'm not using a Monster clutch or a Diamond clutch for that matter.

I do however have inside information.

While I'm not going to get into this with you or anyone for that matter, I say, don't believe everything that you hear.

If you'd like to discuss this "inside info" with me you can give me a call at the shop, otherwise, I'd let it go.
