I believe to use that clutch on our F-Bodies you have to get the Corvette style LS2 flywheel. That is what I had to do when I had my LS7 clutch, went with a Fidanza aluminum one to keep the weight down on the clutch assembly.

Let's please hear some specifics on your clutch install with the ls7 flywheel if you don't mind..Do you have an ls2?
I'm pretty sure the question above is will an Ls1/Ls6 engine bolt up to an ls7 flywheel?

Let me sum it up:
The ls7 clutch pressure plate is different than the ls1/ls6 pressure plate, so if you try to bolt it to your stock flywheel it will not work (hole alignment), but if you get the ls2 flywheel (which comes in the ls7 kit from scoggin dickey) that will bolt up in place of your old flywheel allowing you to attach the ls7 pressure plate. (and disc)
This would be a better fit catagory here....

How do you like the fidanza / ls7 setup? I was considering it. Do you drive on the street much?
