what clutch to get
im getting my tranny done and need a clutch. the car is a daily driver, so no crazy race type. the car made 334 hp and 345ftlb i will probably do some more work to it but nothing past 400hp. i was looking at the monster clutches and have heard great things about them. is it worth it for me and if so what level 1, 1.5, 2 i have no clue. any input as to what clutch to get would help thanks guys.

At that power and daily driven? LS7 without question. if you stay at your current level or even 400 hp you will prolly get a good 50k miles out of it lol*

ALOT of different opinons out there, and of course I like Monster, and while it may seem like overkill, I can give you quite a few examples of why it isn't.
The Levels you mentioned (1, 1.5, 2, 2.5) are rated as follows:
Levels 1 and 1.5 are rated up to 425 HP/TQ @ tires
Levels 2 and 2.5 are rated up to 525 HP/TQ @ tires
At your power levels you mentioned, these clutches would be a good choice, while the nod going to the Level 1 and 1.5. However, if you think you may end up spraying it, then I would seriously look at Levels 2 and 2.5. The 2 and 2.5 is a GREAT dual friction clutch that has great pedal feel (a wee bit firmer than stock) and is the same cost as the Levels 1 and 1.5.
Prices are for teh sale until the end of July, on my site in the link below.
