Sounds like the driveshaft is out of balance. Slug tire weight would be my next guess but sounds like your pretty sure its coming from the tranny or driveshaft, so I dunno...Maybe a rear wheel weight?

rotate the rear tires to the front to verify if its the tires (vibration should come through the steering wheel at that point).

sorry i forgot about this post cause i drove my truck for a while. i rotated and balanced the tires and still vibrating from the middle of the car. i had it on the lift last week to change the seals on the timing chain cover and noticed that the seal in the tail shaft was leaking a lil bit. and today i pushed the car a lil bit i noticed when i hit 75 through 85 or slower its the worst.i geared down to 5th it kinda smoothed out when jumping down on it. and it stayed the same from 85 to 100. then when i put it back in 6th it seem to get a lil more vibration from it.

Mine does the same thing but it's an auto. Had new spicer u joints installed and the drive shaft checked for balance. Same problem. Then replaced the transmission mount with a poly unit. Same issue. Replaced the rear end with an LS1 one I had. Same issue. I'm really thinking it is the torque arm mount. Vibrates your *** and shakes your passenger seat when nobody is sitting there? The auto is coming out so I'm not able to replace the torque arm bushing but that is a cheap fix. Let me know if you get and it works or not.
