do a search. theres no "best"...its all personal taste.

from what ive read-

pro50- good shifter, adjustable, but described as "notchy".
billet hurst- everyone that has one seems to like it, but not that many people do.
i dont even know what a "mbm" is.

when i get a short throw, ill be getting an mgw.

MGW, Im gonna guess.

Search for the thread I started about it. Its a great shifter and "fixes" whats wrong with the 5.0 IMHO.

I have had the Pro5.0, hurst and MGW. The MGW best so far and don't make so much noise like the 5.0.

I have had a factory hurst and a Pro5.0. I went back to the factory hurst because the Pro5.0 wasnt comfortable for me. I am either going to get a hurst billet plus or mgw next, but I'm leaning more towards the hurst cause the mgw looks too short for my liking.
But I spun a rod bearing last month so I wont get to try a new shifter till next year.

PRO 5.0 is adjustable?? How? Only the stops are adjustable, but that doesn't do much... unless I've completely missed something on my 5.0??

The MGW stick was too short for me also, I machined a new 1" longer stick and it made a world of difference. Actualy faster and smoother with the longer stick.

Thats a good idea, I may try and do the same thing. Did you machine a new stick yourself? I like longer shifters also, for the same reason that its faster and smoother to shift.
