NOW AVAILABLE: Tick Performance Level 3 EXTREME Viper F-Body T56 Rebuild Parts Kit
Those of you familiar with us know that we've been rebuilding T56 Transmissions as a sponsor here on LS1tech for years now. Those of you unfamiliar with us should take a quick peek at our site and our offerings by clicking here.
Our strongest T56 Rebuild Package for the LS1 F-Body is our Level 3 EXTREME Viper T56 Rebuild, which we suggest in applications higher than 600ft/lbs of torque (rear wheel). Until now, we've been doing these builds in house only, not offering the parts for sale due to the modification needed to the stock tailhousing. No more!
Our Tick Performance Level 3 EXTREME Viper F-Body T56 Rebuild Parts Kit is now packaged and ready to sell for those of you building your transmission yourself. Our kit includes a new, modified tailhousing ready to install with no core charge, and is shipped to you for FREE. Check it out here: http://www.tick-performance.com/tick...body/t56parts/
Thanks in advance folks - we look forward to working with you!

Bumping an old thread here, but I have a question. Does your Viper rebuild kit include everything you need to rebuild an F-body T-56 to the Viper spec? Or are there some extra individual parts you have to order too? I think the answer to my question is yes, it includes everything you need, but I just want to make sure.
Also, what kind of synchronizers are included with level 2 and level 3? They are stronger than stock correct? Level 2 just says new synchronizers and level 3 doesn't say anything, so I'm assuming they're the same as level 2.
I'll be waiting to order though until I give my car to my mechanic and have him open up the transmission in case I need any extra parts, so I can order everything at once.

Our Level 3 parts only kit does indeed include all the parts we use during our Level 3 EXTREME Viper T56 Rebuilds here in house. The only way to tell if you'll need additional parts is to tear your transmission down and inspect it prior to ordering, as it doesn't include any gears, etc.
The synchronizers included in all of our rebuilds are stock replacement, as there are no affordable upgraded units available. They'll stand up to some serious abuse!

How much power can you realisticly lay down to these bitches without them taking a **** on you??? Then my other question is what would you recommend for a clutch??? I have some of the upgrades already, but not the viper spec parts so i'm looking into it further because my car is daily driven making 527/475 with a stock intake... Soon to be making in the healthy neighborhood of 600 to the wheel with alot of RPM so i'm nervous as to if the tranny is going to be able to handle 7500RPM shifts like an automatic?
