What kind of clutch is in it? Did your mechaninc get all of the air out of the system? When does it not disingage? All the time, or just at high rpm? Does the pedal feel ever change?

i haven't personally been in the car. This is what he is telling me he thinks it is the clutch hydraulic line. Its a duralast clutch flywheel and pressure plate all to O.E. specs. The master cylinder is a duralast and the slave is a luk i believe

The only way to tll if it needs a shim is to take it apart and measure the stack height.

You are on the right track though. It sounds to definitly be a hydraulic issue. I had the same issues that you are having in my F body and a tick master cured that. If the clutch pedal is sticking to the floor/ slow to kick back up and its only happening at high rpm though, Im willing to bet its the master. Possibly the slave too. You should change both at the same time, irregaurdless of mileage on the slave.

SNL, how come you only have suspension bits listed on your site? I thought you had clutches, flywheels etc.

Our FAQ is a good read when tackling hydraulic issues, here: http://www.tick-performance.com/tick...aulics/#master

Dude, it sounds like you've got alot of air in the system. What master cylinder is in the car now? Was the adjustable master cylinder bench bled before it was installed into the car? Is it adjusted right.

Have you tried bleeding the system with a mighty-vac? If not please give it a try. This is the best method I have found for removing air. Bleed from the slave and from the reservoir and let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks,
