Default My car moves forward when i engage in gear

Anyone? Weird I know..

Manual transmission, @ idle, parked I engage the clutch then when i start to engage in 1st - 6th gear will start moving foward? what the hell is up with that? I think my Clutch Master Cylinder is SHOT. Would it do what i am describing? I FINALLY have the money to fix it but i dont know what the hell it is!!

It could also be the slave cyl or bad fluid.. I would bleed the system first.. If you are still having the issue you could replace the MC without dropping the trans.. Probably not a bad idea even if the slave is also bad.

Bad fluid is a DEFINATE, Its nasty, damn near black. But something is causing the fluid to be that way you know? I heard on here that it is a sign of a bad clutch master cylinder?

Weird? Very common actually.
Look for leaks at the master and slave.

If none, get mostly new fluid in there and follow the jmd method:

That didnt work Hopped in today, started it, the clutch felt way softer now, tried engaging in a gear, stuck, no engaging 1-R. I turned the car off and it will go into all gears but doesnt feel solid like it should be. Time to install the CM & do the drill mod- Let me guess.. ill have to install a SC next..?

the junk in the fluid comes mostly from the worn rubber seals in the master and slave cylinders. It was a good try but its definitely one of the cylinders. note that they work at the same time so if one is worn, the other is likely to be as well.
good luck

Yes.. It will likely be on the brink of death even if the new MC fixes the issue.. Good luck
