Should I replace a pilot bearing w/ 15k?
I'm replacing my clutch as well as swapping in a low mileage shortblock (15k). Would it be worthwhile to replace the pilot bearing? And what's the best way to go about if so? The search feature functions poorly on my phone, so no search function criticism please. Thanks!

I've never had much luck with roller pilot bearings. Don't like 'em. And they will tear the living hell out of an input shaft when they fail.
For me I'd prefer an old school oilite bronze bushing.

I got the AZ tool (you buy it/return it) which is a Blind Hole Puller. Has various fittings in the case and one fits pilot bearing. slide hammer type of tool, just took a few pulls to start pulling the bearing. Use a wooded dowel to drive the near bearing in
get a OEM "good" pilot bearing, not a China clone
