^^^ Yes, IF you know what you are doing (HOW to drive it, and avoid ALL stop and go traffic).

Also, IF you could afford one of these, you would also be able to afford to maintain it for street use, as well as have many other rides to use in the downtime.

Depends on your def. of streetable.

Some would find a stock ZR1 to much for a 'street car' and others would drive a Top Fuel car back and forth to work if it would carry enough fuel to do so.
