I have a 2000 Camaro ss with t56. I had very little clutch pressure and I have to pump it up 6-7 times to get it to go into gear.so I looked and the fluid it was really dirty. So I got it out and put new in fluid in it and bleed it until I had straight fluid coming out I used almost a pint of brake fluid. It got a little better but I still have to pump it up 4-5 times to get it in gear and I'm not losing fluid. Could my slave cylinder be bad ? Please help.

That sounds more like the master than the slave. The stock slave cylinder is usually pretty good. The stock master is infamous for failure.

I hope your luck with the stock replacement is better than mine. Neither lasted longer than six months.
