I believe you need a adapter plate to bolt a T5 to a LT1 T56 bellhousing. Companies like Weir or McLeod should have something along with additional information on what you would need for a T5 conversion in a car that otherwise would have a LT1 (93-97) T56 6 speed
Also the T5 is not a strong transmission like the T56 so if you are making power with your Trans Am you could easily over power the rating of the T5
It would be way easier converting to a T56 but I would think a T5 swap is possible in a 4th gen F-Body car

If it is a V8 (26 spline input) 83 - 92 F-body T5, you could do it with
84 - 92 F-body:
- master / slave cylinders
- clutch pedal (use 93-02 pedal hanger with 84-92 clutch pedal if available)
84 - 92 V8 F-body:
- bellhousing
- clutch
86 - 92 V8 F-body:
- flywheel (I like the 16lb lightweight version.)
- and new flywheel bolts.
93 - 02 V6 F-body:
- crossmember
96 - 02 V6 F-body:
transmission extension housing and VSS reluctor wheel (this is one way to accomplish VSS; there are other ways.)
The torque arm bracket on the back of the transmission probably fits your stock torque arm. Early third gen torque arm bushings are left-right flipped.
And your PCM needs tuned with the tune from a 1995 T56 Trans Am (for VSS) and the trouble code flag for CAGs should be deleted.

Hey Brothers,
After a while finally i got doner for my car,
it's a 94' camaro z/28 with 6 speed manual,
and i want to swap tranny with my 4l60e ,
i want to do it myself because its very expensive
around here to take it to a garage to do it for me,
they asking for more than 1000 euro's to do the swap
i'm not a professional mechanic ,
biggest thing i ever done was changing head gaskets ,
i need to know with my experience, should i do it myself
is it really difficult , is there tricks or points that should i
know or consider ,it would be really nice and i appreciate much
if some one with exprince help me out and give me some hints and tips,
thank you guys .

If you do a google search, or even this forum, there will be a "how to" description of swaping a T56 into a auto car.
If you have changed head gaskets you have enough mechanical skills to do the swap.
Basically remove everything from the donor car keeping track of all bolts & parts. Depending on the condition of the donor flywheel, clutch you may need to replace those.
The PCM from the donor car should also work in your 95
you will need to buy a pilot bushing or bearing and install in your 95 crank since it is a auto car. Those are about $15 and easy to put in. Use a wood dowel larger than the bearing to pound it in using a hammer against the wood dowel
You will need a clutch alignment tool to put the clutch back in. They generally come with a new clutch kit if you get one or can be purchased. It is a plastic input shaft so you line the clutch disc splines up right so the transmission will slide in
Basically taking everything off the donor car will help you understand how to reassemble it in reverse into the 95
when you pull the slave cyl off the bellhousing you need to pull the clutch fork towards the driver side to release it from the throwout bearing so you can then pull the transmission back & off. Unbolt the transmission from the bellhousing then unbolt bell housing then clutch then flywheel

About "pilot bushing or bearing" , actually i was planing to put my 4l60e on camaro and try to sell it as a whole car , do i need to do something like that too for bolting an automatic to lt1 block who had a manual?

no, you can just leave the bearing in the crank if putting the auto in the T56 car
