Default Pedal at the floor when racing

Just picked up a 2002 Z28 with T56. Has the tick master cylinder. If I'm flooring it through the gears by the time I get to 3rd gear the clutch pedal is at the floor and won't engage into 3rd when pressing in the clutch. It's like I have to pump the clutch pedal to get the pedal back up again. Regular driving everything engages fine. Any insight?

Try bleeding it with new clean DOT4 fluid. Some report success from wrapping the line from the master to the slave to insulate it from heat produced by headers. What clutch is in the car?

You have the OEM line with the restrictor in it. Lookup the drill mod

Hmm. Nevermind then. Update with info when you find the culprit. Air in line or boiling from heat? Good luck

I have the Tick remote bleeder, so I'm going to pump new fluid through it today and see what happens.
