Default Rattling noise from t56 (slave?)

Put my trans back in and noticed a rattling noise when it is in neutral. I have to get under the car when its idling to notice it.

Car is off I spin the drive shaft by hand...
clutch pedal down - I hear a rattling noise
clutch up - nothing (it's in gear duh)
Clutch up in neutral - no noise

when it's running
Slight rattling Noise in neutral ideling.
I cant really tell if in gear has a noise or with the clutch in. Its loud af in my barn.

The pedal also all of a sudden feels like it has a 1/4 of the movement it used to have.

I used a vacuum pump to bleed it. Could I still have more air in my slave or did I mess something up?

Stock ls1 clutch
Stock flywheel
Stock slave
Alll worked great before
10k miles on alll

Clutch was reset before assembly

It's most likely the throwout bearing on the clutch slave

Had similar issue, ended up being pilot bearing.

Slave fine, pilot bearing appears to be fine.

Clutch disc inner springs are collapsed. If I turn it in my hands it sounds almost identical to the sound.

Neutral gear roll over noise is quite common in these transmissions....and normal if it goes away by around 2500 rpm. Google it. Rockland Standard Gear Co. has several older articles on the subject.....all of them are linked to this site somewhere.

Yup mine raises Kane in neutral idling. If you slightly rev the engine it goes away but it’s obnoxious no less.
