Car not goin into gear???

Car not goin into gear??? well about 3 months ago i installed a Textralia clutch. I did not do the drill mod. Anyway i broke in teh clutch and even drag the car a few times before it went away for winter. the clutch seemed fine. Last week it was very nice out so i decide to take the car out. It was real hard to get into gear and would barley go into reverse. I dotn no what to do now is it bc it was cold (i never drove the car with 20-30* temp) or do i need to bleed the system some more, or just do the drill mod? i am lost and i am doin H/C swap hopefully this week so i figured i mine as well fix thsi too

Usually when you can't get it into gear its cause your clutch isn't disengaging all the way. If you changed it, I would follow the above advice and bleed it more.
