DO i need a new flywheels with a new Clutch?
I am in the Market of buying a new clutch just cant decide yet between a couple. But my question is will i need a new flywheel as well? And if so which one, i was told my RPM that i will just need the stock one resurfaced, but i have heard its not a good idea.
I plan on either getting a ram Powergrip, or Spec 3, or LS7.
Thanks

If you go with an LS7 clutch you need an LS2 flywheel, so in that case you must.
As for the others, well you should be able to get it resurfaced, but if think that the recommended approach is a new flywheel.
Either way, make sure you balance your new clutch/PP/flywheel(old or new). This means a trip to a machine shop and about $50, but is highly recommended.

Depends on how many miles you have on the stock one and how worn it is really. When I had my 6 speed, I had my stocker resurfaced and it worked fine. It ony had about 28k on it though.

Yes either have the stocker resurfaced or replace with a new one. Keeping a used flywheel with a new clutch is equivalent to putting on a used condom! With the prices of flywheels I would opt for a new one for sure. It's too much work adding a new clutch only to have to do the same process over again the next month b/c parts were skimped on. My .02

Can you re-surface the stock flywheel? Yeah, but it's a real budget solution.
