ws6 store short shifter
I bought this shifter and just installed it in 10 minutes. one of the best mods to my car. I'm not one for short shifters...i've never ever missed the 2-3 shift in my car. the only reason i got it was I got a new shift ****..that sat entirely to high. I put this in and it made such a huge difference. The shifts are more positive and you know exactly when it gets into gear. just thoguht I'd share..cause it only cost 25 shipped.

WS6 store short stick = CRAP! I bought the 6 inch stick and it slammed into my center console every time i shifted into 2nd and 4th. I thought I cracked it one time. I took it off after a day and put the stock stick back in. Waste of 25$.

This was 1st mod i did to the car and its been great. I got it when they were havin a deal and I think i paid $15 shipped for it. Anyway it clears the console just fine, you should double check the install on it.

I have the normal factory shifter. I'm sure it works fine with an aftermarket shifter but witht he stock one its no good. WS6 store said it would fit the stock shifter fine and it doesnt. I bought the stick so that I wouldnt have to buy a whole shifter but it didnt work out that way.

Dude i have the same problem.. i was getting ready to make a thread about it ,... it kinda sucks... when im in reverse, the stick is up against the right part of the console..
And when im in 1st gear... it was normally where 3rd gear was on the pro 5.0 handle..
However its a nice short stick, and ill ride it out , BTW, i love my ripped up shifter boot
