Centerforce guys come in.....lookin for some advice.
last night i had to pull my tranny due to yours truely dropping a socket into the space where the bleeder valve is located on the slave. (long story, dont ask)
so anyway i got a couple buddies with me and we pull the tranny pretty quick and easy and get the socket out. Since we were that far i figured i might as well see how my clutch is holding up and see if i can fix the "no WOT shift crap thats happening".
well before i even got the bellhousing off (pulled tranny first, not bellhousing) i see that one of the weights on the clutch is out as far as it will go and actually stuck under the lip of the pressure plate. I realize this might be hard to picture so i will get some pics when i get home from work. So this one weight being pulled back is in turn pulling half the weights back with it b/c they are all looped together. I tried prying the weight out with a little pocket screwdriver but it is definately gonna take more than that.
So i guess i am gonna call will baty @ centerforce today and see what he can do......hopefully the customer service i always brag so much about doesn't let me down. If anyone has any opinions on what to do let me know. I know one guy on here was talking about just cutting the weights off but i am just looking for more than one option.
p.s.- the clutch only has like 5,000 miles on it MAX!! I installed it in december.

Did the wires that hold the weights break?
The only fixes to the problem that I have come up with that "should" work is removing the weights all together, Mcleod master cyl, or another brand of clutch.

nah the wires are still there and connected. I have heard of removing the weights but i'm a little scared of doing that as of now. I called Will Baty from centerforce and am waiting on a call back to see what he says. If this doesn't help the "no shift @ WOT" problem i will be looking for another brand.
Come on centerforce.....dont let me down.
