Air in the system?

Air in the system? I change the clutch yesterday and I started to bleed the system.Pressure came back and the pedel felt normal.So I starting breaking in the clutch. Drove for 50 miles with no problems but this morning went I was driving the car the pedel stuck to the floor.All pressure is gone 
.I try bleeding it again but don't get any perssure 
.I also noticed that the master cylinder makes some noise when it is depressed or released 
.

If it is not loosing fluid, likely the master is at fault here though.

Check to see how close the hydrolic line is to the headers. When my master went out, the line was resting against the header and basically it boiled all the fluid out of the line.
I had to replace the master and the line. I heat wrapped the line and started running DOT 4 fluid instead of DOT 3 and I havent had any problems since.
