Need a NEW T-56 Transmission. Where to get?!? This transmission isnt for me, Im an Auto guy but my buddy just scrapped his T-56 (Had some decent sized shavings and gears messed up) and wanted to know where to get a NEW one from. He is pushing a little bit over 400 RWHP and will get as much as 450RWHP but that will be about as far as he wants to go as for HP. TQ # Im not sure of.
So what he is looking for is:
1.) What has some of your experiences been with new T-56's from LS1 tech sponsors and other performance manufactuers?
2.) Who seems to have the best reputation with T-56's?
3.) What price range are we looking at for a Heavy Duty build Tranny?
4.) Overall who would be your choice if you were in his shoes of buying a T-56 New?

My T56 rebuilds tranny willl be here end of the week. Joe and Amber are top notch all the way around. Prolly one of the better companies I've dealt with, and I deal with it all day every day!
