Did you get it from Thunder?
Back in the day when MBA was still around, I got it from Thunder Racing. Now that they aren't, and Thunder's stockpile is dwindling, I don't think you'll ever find them again. Kinda sucks, because the quality is outstanding. I actually keep it on my desk next to me when it isn't in my car.

Hurst Classic in white with the optional button. Button operates the reverse lock out...and with the flip of a switch becomes the line lock momentary button...

Just did some looking..

Don't know if you can list non supporting vendors or not but if not...

Teamvoodoo.com makes some killer stuff for the miata world. Quality rocks and has the different colors..

These are the cueball style ***** that looks like people might have trouble finding.. No affiliation just a happy prev customer and going to try one out on the vette now. And 30-40bux seems pretty cheap for a solid piece of aluminium..

Will post how I like it after.

White hurst cueball here. I like the look of it in the black interior and it just feels good.

Sparco suede anatomic (has "pistol grip" indentations on the front side of an SLP/Hurst leather shape) in charcoal grey. I love it, but since they are no longer available anywhere, once it is too matted down/worn out I might switch to the Hurst leather I have in reserve. This is on a Pro 5.0 with a cut down handle.

Did it feel odd because you were shifting with a phallus?

I would feel odd holding a phallus as well. I always considered a Corvette to be a female car anyway, chicks with a phallus are a bit beyond kinky for me.

Though I guess I should keep an open mind...

Seriously though can we get some pics of your guy's shifters for those of us that don't know what they look like. I haven't owned or driven a manual in 7 freakin' years people!!!

Funny, but this is the shift **** they use on almost ALL of the (road) racing Vettes, from Speed World Challenge to ALMS GT1. Does not seem to slow them down any, nor make them "drive like chicks" (with dicks or otherwise).

I'm currently using a 2" MBA Satin **** w/tail and I love the "solid" feel of it and the size, the only bad thing is that it's really cold in the the morning. I've tried the leather Hurst, Hurst Que ball, and a 2 1/4" MBA Satin **** w/tail($15 on ebay ) and I like my current one the best by far.
