help monster broke down braddahs!!
i was driving home from work, was in third gear, about to shift into fourth, pressed the clutch and heard a snap! all of a sudden the clutch didnt work, couldnt change gears and had to pull over onto the shoulder. while the car is off i could switch gears, but when i turn it on, no can brah! clutch doesnt seem to be grabbing. the clutch doesnt get stuck or anything, it feels really soft like its not connected but it does return when it is pressed. had it towed home. when i took a closer look the steel braided line was not connected to the master cylinder. checked the return spring and it seems fine just squeeks alot when the clutch is pressed. thinking it was the master cylinder i rushed out and bought one and installed it....still the same...cant change gears, but the car can turn on. could it be the slave cylinder?? brah i dont know what could be the problem...need help?? any ideas braddahs??

You've got to remember we are all not from HI, this is a world wide site and everyone needs to understand what you're trying to tell us. I've even been to HI twice and I've never even heard that.
