I have a T56 from an lt1 and an ls1 with a 4l60e I have wier hydraulic kit for the
lt1 trans , Was wondering if I can hook up the lt1 T56 to an ls1 and put it in my 72 nova? Any help? Thanks

they have differant input shafts too. One is shorter

Yup you would have to switch in an LS1 input shaft. LS1 shaft is about 6.5" and LT1 is around 5 or 5.5"

If you swap the input shaft then it should work. I think everything else is the same I think.
