bad6as - Got a few ??? for you.
I'm a little confused on what you are saying here. I'm assuming that all these passes were made on a LS7 clutch kit? With the 6200 dump it slipped but with the 4500 and 5000 dumps it did not slip? So are you happy with the kit at your power level (notice my sig) and what type times did you hit on those high 1.6 low 1.7s? Just curious because I'm ordering my kit tomorrow and I don't want to make a mistake if I can help it.
Thanks

I went 11.15 @ 129 with mine. The 60ft was a shitty 1.91 on worn out Hoosier QTPs
It later went 7.01 @ 103 with a 1.7 60'

These are the same parts I used. However I upgraded to ARP bolts for the flywheel and clutch, plus I decided to go with a lightweight Fidanza flywheel to offset the extra weight.
The LS7+Fidanza= 4-5lbs lighter than stock, so it feels like it always did.

Just had one put in yesterday, pedal is low compared to old one other than that seems fine just need to get some miles on it before I drop the tire pressure and give it a real test.

Nope, you are good to go!
I got my setup from Scoggin Dickey. Great company to deal with!!!

And you like the way it runs with the Fidanza?

Just turned over 500 miles on my new setup from Scoggin Dickey and loving it so far. I will be trying it out at the track very soon and will post up the results.
As far as being DD friendly, I honestly can't tell a big difference in the pedal from the stock clutch. After bleeding it twice it feels just like stock except holds a ton better. I also performed the "Clutch Test" and had no issues with engagement. High RPM shifts seem to be fine .
The pedal is pretty low however but based off what I've read so is everyone else's unless they have an adjustable Master which I don't. It pedal appears to have raised off the floor between an 1" or so since the install.
Overall Results = Very Happy with the Clutch kit and upgraded Slave!

had mine in for less then 10k miles and love it. About 5 track runs on prostars and hoosiers with bolt on power levels a few 5k clutch dumps and didnt slip at all...and those QTPs are sticky. Best 60ft was a 1.71 but it still spun the tires a bit too (first time on new set up)
