Depending on when it left we are having alot of issue with DHL right now. Every part we have shipped is not being scanned when picked up and no scans when arriving at the facility. I spent 4 hours yesterday dealing with customers trying to figure out where there transmissions or parts are. Call me monday and we can do a conference with DHL to find out why it is not being scanned. Trust me if we told you it left then yes it would have. Core's are in the order they are placed and right now we are 4 weeks back so 3 weeks would have been about right. Just call me first thing monday morning so we can call them together.

Thanks,
Amber

Service Advisory: Severe Weather Causes Service Delays

Updated: February 22, 2007 11:00 a.m. EST

This week, the Northeastern and Midwestern portions of the United States experienced severe fog conditions, limiting DHL’s ability to completely process shipments scheduled for delivery on Feb. 22 and 23.

As a result of this severe weather, DHL currently anticipates a delay on shipments. We anticipate that operations will return to normal this weekend.

Please note that in accordance with the DHL Terms and Conditions, service guarantees do not apply in the event of severe weather conditions.

Hey I understand. The car we bought and put 50 miles on Joe blew up. Paid $9,000 and I didn't get to drive it once. That was November. Just call me and we will get DHL to figure it out. Have a great weekend.

Thanks,
Amber

will have to say, i had a problem with mine getting lost in translation with DHL, but i called amber and she set them straight. spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me and DHL and ended up getting them to come back to the terminal and take it to my house that night. all this after sending me my stuff next day air because DHL screwed it up the first time ---- excellent customer service, just call them if you have any problems and they will take care of you.
