Default Ls7 Clutch Kit

Ok so my clutch went out and i am looking at the ls7 clutch kit http://www.sdparts.com/cart.aspx and was wondering if i needed anything else or if this kit is all i need. I was also looking at the RAM Stage 2 HDX clutch kit. Of course the ls7 clutch kit is the best but i cant spend more than 500 bucks. So which one should i get or is there some other kits that are good at this price

My car is putting down over 440 at the tires and the LS7 kit is holding up just fine. I have beat the **** out of it and haven't had a problem. If you have a 98-00 car then upgrade to the 01-02 hydralics (sp?). I went with the RAM slave cylinder which seems to be working great. The only draw back is it weighs 63 lbs; but that can be cut down by getting an aluminum flywheel

We love the LS7 clutch so far. It is smooth, doesn't chatter, and holds fine for our power level (<380hp.) We replaced the pilot, all bolts, got the LS2 flywheel and the LS7 clutch from Matt at SDPC. Great guy to deal with, and the price cannot be beat.

would i HAVE to go with the 01-02 hydraulics? What would my aftermarket solutions be for a master and slave cylinder?

RAM for the slave and there is a company that makes an adjustable master cylinder but I'm brain dead right now and can't remember who it is

McLeod?

And aftermarket master/slave should be sufficient. Its just a good idea to upgrade your slave/master when replacing the clutch (its one thing if you've got 300 miles on them, its another if you've got 30,000 or whatever your clutch interval is) and especially if you've got 98-00 hydraulics upgrading to at least 01+s.

I think RAM also makes an adjustable slave but
