Two flat head screw drivers always works for me. Just put one on each side of the quick disconect and push in on it and it should come right out.

I can sell you two screwdrivers taped together with "Clutch Line Tool" written across it....

Only $59.99 while supplies last, so hurry!

J/K Just do what the above poster said.

i only use one screwdriver, but im pimp like that.. lol

just push the ring in, go around pushing it, while pushing the hose in some (to take the tension off) then when the ring is completely in, pull the line off.

once you do it one time, you'll see how it works, and be able to do it easily from then on.

i know, look at the end of that where the little black dot is. Theres a pin in there that you can hit out with a punch so you don't have to mess with the other connection.

I think they understand that. The question is why you would drive out a pin, when the quick disconnect can be done in about 1.5 seconds with one hand if you do it correctly.

I mean, you can pull the heads to change the spark plugs, but that might not be the best method...

no. the "release ring" tool is actually part of the connection.

as far as the roll pin thing.. sure, thats great.. IF you somehow pull the transmission with the line connected..
think about it.

and yes, i know how to tap out the roll pin... i also know how to swap that line to a straight -3AN line.. theres a good thread on that in the conversion/hybrid section...
