Default First Impressions of Textralia OZ700 Z-Grip

Today I had the OZ700 z-grip clutch installed and so far I love it! Pedal pressure is the same or maybe even a bit lighter than the stock clutch. Clutch engagement seems a little quicker than the stock clutch and engages just a bit lower. At 35 miles so far on the clutch I get some chatter when stating off in first. Once moving no chatter through any of the shifts. As the clutch warms up it seems to just barely chatter when starting from a stop. I hope this goes away.

It appears some do experience chatter in the beginning and this is normal. Has any one else experienced this?

I had some chatter but that went away the first time I dumped the clutch at 6k on a set of ET Streets.

Mine chattered for the first couple hundred miles. Pretty bad at first but eventually went away.

Mine chatters and squeels since day 1, have about 5k miles on it now. I think I am just too nice to it tho. I'm sure it'll work itself out when I put some slicks on the car and dump the clutch.

I had alil chatter and squeel for the first 100 miles, its been mint ever since.

Also FYI there is NO break in period on this clutch as per the manufacture. You could be nice to it but its not needed.

Enjoy it.
