Default tranny problem

well had the chebby dealer put in a new clutch kit (ram powergrip kit), flywheel, throwout bearing, master cylinder/ slave assembly, and now i have a few problems.

first thing my clutch is not disengaging all the way. the slave is a non bleed system (lt1) with EXTERNAL slave. it has NO air in the line seeing as it comes as a pre-filled assembly, and has been gravity bled multiple times by both myself and the chebby dealer. what else could it be? are there ways to make the slave push further? or what can i do?

second problem, same clutch install, when i got it back reverse completely doesn't work if the vehicle is on. its like the lockout is keeping it from shifting over too the right. (cant not for the life of the world push it over) YET if the car is off it goes over as normal... the dealer checked out the solenoid and wiring for me and says everything is A ok... WTF else could it be? they keep trying to tell me its linkage, yet how could the linkage of gotten f-ed up while they did the clutch install? worked just fine before...

I'm not an expert. but I know when I put my clutch in it did something similar and it came out of it after a few Good miles. as far as the reverse, to me there has to be a speed sensor lockout. hence why it works when the vehicle is off... I know there are people that have dissabled it, but I would check into that.

I think the Ram clutches need a spacer on the slave. Make sure the shop used the spacer. I think you have to buy it seperate from Ram. I am sure someone else with more knowledge of this will chime in.

the ls1 t-56 will need a shim for the slave had to do mine, my reverse would not go in until i fully bled the clutch system, as far as it not fully disengaging thats because you dont have the shim in there more than likely
