spec 3 holds 650 ft/lbs of torque at the crank. with a 300 shot, your probably over that limit. try toning it down to a 150 shot and keep increasing it until you find where it slips

the 3+ holds 800Lbs ... but i guess you make sense start dialing it back until it stops slipping

I found the limit at 700ft/lbs to the wheels.I'd probly limit it to 600ft/lbs.A 300 shot can hit the clutch hard with torque. You should be running a twin setup.

Trans...what kind of torque are you trying to make? Ultimately this will let me know more about what you need than anything else. Also, keep in mind that you have not completely finished the break-in. This is my suggestion, before you start cursing us for your issue, finish the break-in. Hopefully your decision to go all out on it before break-in was complete hasn't harmed the unit. If you want to you can pull the unit and post or email me some pics I will be happy to assess it for you. Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks!
