Description:
1999 Firebird Formula. 5.7L LS1 4L60e. Original MBM car! 180,000 miles. Original engine and transmission, very well maintained and has been BG producted its whole life. This car is my daily driver, NOT my track, NOT my drag car. This is my taking son to daycare, going to work in the summer and grocery store car. I have greatly enjoyed this car since it came into the family when it belonged to my mom and then I bought it from her. Not the best vehicle with a baby though. It has been all over the country racking up highway miles.Within the past 15k miles I have done a lot to this car to keep it in great shape. I have replaced front and rear brakes, new drive belts, it has 4 new bf goodrich comp 2 tires and 2 spare chrome rims with toyo tq's, WS6 front and rear sway bars with new links, BMR torque arm, Rear lower control arm relocation brackets, new rear lower control arms and pan hard bar. It has new front struts and mounts, as well as rear shocks. I installed new greasable moog outer tie rods ends at that time as well. I installed new front and rear seats and a headliner. Tune up is 20k miles old. The sun visors do not sag. New Racetronix 255L fuel pump and I did not trap door mod it! GMMG exhaust was installed last winter with the fuel pump as well as a new 10 bolt with 3.73 gears. I also installed an aluminum driveshaft with 2 new u-joints.
I do have a set of C6 replica wheels that are basically brand new with new 275/40r17 nitto tires that were used for just last year (about 2,000 miles). I was not planning on selling them with the car, but something could be worked out for the right price. The last picture is of when I did the fuel pump, rear end replacement and gmmg exhaust just last winter. Good indicator for how nice the underside is.I am Not interested in any trades at this time unless it is a 55 to 57 Chevy 4 door hardtop.

Sorry to have not responded earlier to these posts. I have been focusing my attention to my son, who has been taking up all my time. My 1 year old is learning to walk again after a broken leg... It has not been fun; however, it has been very rewarding.
I have sold off the C6 wheels and tires. So it is riding on the stock 16" wheels that are pictured with it in storage. I still have the car and it is still in climate controlled storage. I make sure to start it and run it for 10 to 15 minutes every couple of weeks.
My son is very much ahead of the game! His mobility skills are great for being 1 year old. Says a handful of words, then just babbles in frustration. He is really stinking cute though when he starts waiving his arms followed by a big sigh. It is like he knows what he wants to say but just can not get it out.
Everyone seems surprised it has not sold and that is simply because I am not giving it away for $3500... otherwise I could have sold it 50 times. I sold my other 2000 formula so not in a bind to sell this one.
Someone can talk me into finishing my original plan. I have a ws6 store high lift hot cam with 243 cylinder heads that I purchased for it before my son was born. I never got around to doing it due to my baby proofing the house.
