I believe you are correct, sir. Probably not worth the trouble to install on a C5, but the guts are excellent and could be transplanted to a 3 rib needing guts. Probably best for custom install in a hot rod/custom, lightweight car, or????

Ive seen plenty of big, big power vettes with 1 rib diffs. Nothing wrong with it at all. I’m really surprised you still have this to be honest. Priced very well in my opinion.
